Ivo Mikstein is an expert in sugar technology and currently serves as a Member of the Board of Directors of FUTURECYCLING Technology a.s.

 

In his role, he is involved in the development of innovative equipment for sugar refineries, such as the RECLIME system for the efficient purification of sugar juices using recycling and calcium reactivation. He previously held the position of Director at Litovelská cukrovarna, a.s., where he gained extensive experience in the operation and modernization of sugar refining processes.

 

He is also actively involved in research projects in collaboration with the academic sphere, for example with Palacký University in Olomouc, focused on innovation and increasing the efficiency of sugar production. In his profession, he emphasizes innovative and sustainable solutions, as evidenced, for example, by the RECLIME technology, which uses material recycling in the sugar production process.
