ABOUT THE FUND
JASMINUM SICAV, a.s. is a qualified investor fund pursuant to Act No. 240/2013 Coll., on Investment Companies and Investment Funds, as amended, whose shareholders may only be qualified investors pursuant to Section 272 of this Act. The Fund has the legal form of a joint-stock company with variable capital (SICAV) and is registered in the list of investment funds maintained by the Czech National Bank.
The Fund specializes in investments in real estate projects in the Central European region – specifically in the Czech Republic, Slovakia, and Austria – at various stages of the permitting process or construction.
The Fund's investment strategy focuses primarily on the acquisition of apartment buildings and development zones intended for the construction of family homes in locations with strong demand for quality housing. The prerequisite is project planning documentation or a building permit.
Investments are made through indirect ownership of real estate, leasing, or development and subsequent sale. In addition, the Fund allocates capital in the form of secured loans, borrowings, and equity in its real estate companies.
The portfolio of real estate companies owned by the fund includes both projects aimed at capital appreciation through implementation and sale, as well as income-generating properties with regular rental income. The Fund actively seeks investment opportunities with growth potential, particularly in urban development areas and regions with favorable demographic trends.
The Fund's objective is to achieve attractive and stable returns through a combination of rental income and profits from the sale of residential projects. The Fund's investment and back-office activities are managed by the portfolio manager of DELTA Investiční společnost, a.s.
